Schedule a Full or Half-Day Mediation

Please request an available time that’s convenient for you and we’ll follow up to confirm. Half day mediations are scheduled for 4 hours, starting at 9am and 1pm and full day mediations are scheduled for 8 hours, starting at 9am.

MEDIATION SCHEDULING FEE/HOURLY RATE:

The fee for mediation services is $350.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. In order to secure your mediation date and time, Ms. Kirkner requires a scheduling fee in the amount of $700, which will be applied to the first two hours of the mediation. Each Party will be expected to pay one-half of the remaining mediation fee by credit or debit card at the conclusion of the mediation unless there is a court order or written agreement outlining a different pay schedule.

The scheduling fee must be received within ten (10) days of booking the mediation. If payment is not received, your case will be removed from my calendar. Should you find the need to reschedule your mediation, the scheduling fee is refundable as long as the mediation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start.
